Exhibition overview:

       At present, the consumer group of the toy industry has an expanding trend. In many ages, children have always been the main force of toy consumption. The number of children in a country is often an important basis for toy consumption in the country, and the national birth policy is a major factor affecting the number of children. China began to implement the one-child policy in the 1980s. The population born in 86-97 was maintained at more than 20 million people, forming a small climax. In 2011-2020, the newborns in China were basically born in 86-97. Breeding, according to the age distribution of the population, a new wave of baby boomers will come during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, providing a realistic market demand for the growth of domestic toys.

        With the liberalization of the national second-child policy, the number of newborns in China will increase in the future. The number of school-age children will continue to rise every year, and the number of second-child children will increase rapidly, which means that the number of children entering the park will also increase. At present, there are nearly 100,000 kindergartens in Zhejiang Province and surrounding areas, and they are increasing every year. The huge early childhood education market will inevitably increase the demand for purchasing toys for children's toys. TOY CHINA EXPO 2019 China (Hangzhou) International Toy Fair will be held on March 15-17, 2019 at the Hangzhou Peace International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition is based in Hangzhou and radiates across the country. To create an international, large-scale, professional, industrial service integration event, is committed to creating an excellent trading platform for direct communication, procurement and trading of the toy industry chain.

exhibition criteria:

Standard booth: ¥3000 USD/ 9m2

Indoor light (36m2 for rent) ¥300 USD/ m2

1. Standard booth configuration: Provide three-sided board, one negotiation table, two chairs, Chinese and English fascia board, two spotlights, one 220V/5A power socket, and the booth is covered with carpet; other additional expenses are borne by the exhibitor (double 20% exhibition fee for opening booths);

2. All facilities in the open space shall be self-care, and the booth decoration unit shall pay construction management fee and power supply fee separately;

exhibition criteria:

Toys: plush soft, wooden, doll, electronic electric, plastic, educational puzzle, children riding, holiday party supplies, plastic inflatable, etc.;
Preschool education: teaching toys, teaching equipment, books, art supplies, early education machines and software, children's furniture, early education institutions, etc.
Outdoor play equipment and supplies: large-scale modular amusement equipment, slides, swings, climbing, indoor and outdoor naughty castle series, bouncing series, seesaw, rocking horse and swing machine, fitness equipment series, rubber floor mat, artificial grass, etc.
Model machinery: aircraft models, car models, ship models, architectural models, military models, trains, animal models, simulation models, die casting and metal toys, etc.

Other: testing institutions, accessories, raw materials, etc.


Exhibitor program:

Exhibitors: Exhibitors should fill in the “Application Form” and fax or email to the Organizing Committee. Within three working days, the participation fee will be remitted to the designated account of the Organizing Committee, and the bank payment receipt will be faxed to the group. Committee to confirm the qualifications for participation.
Conference Arrangement: The Organizing Committee will send the Exhibitor Manual (about the schedule, exhibit transportation, hotel reception, booth construction, etc.) to the exhibitors 30 days before the meeting.

3. Invite the kindergarten directors, parent-child parks and the heads of early childhood education institutions across the country to visit the kindergarten through the Early Childhood Education Alliance;
4. The organizing committee will invite a number of media to report on the exhibition in real time;
5. Carry out exhibition information delivery and ticket delivery before launching;
6. Invite the investors in the preschool education industry, the heads of educational programs, and those who intend to enter the early childhood education industry;
7. The exhibition newsletter will publicize the exhibitors free of charge and recommend the promotion in the brand stand for free;
8. Send 1 million text messages to the director, principal, franchisee, distributor, agent and early childhood education institution to visit and purchase.
